This past spring we had the pleasure of capturing stunning family portraits at a hidden gem location in Montreal.

Located at the heart of the wonderful Floralies Gardens, La Toundra might be best known as a wedding venue. However, it’s gardens offer family’s many options for stunning portraits in the spring and summer months.

For those new to Montreal and looking to take in a little history, La Toundra is a heritage-steeped place and has many original frescoes from the former Pavillion du Canada at Expo 67, which are now designated as Heritage buildings.

WHY TAKE FAMILY PORTRAITS

This was the second time we worked with Teri and Ryan. The first being a maternity session just over a year ago.

We love working with clients year after year, especially when they have children. Family portraits are a great way to document their growth, watching them change from year to year. Also, looking back on past trends and styles will be sure to provide a laugh in the years to come.

Mandy and I have lost a few close people in our lives this past year, and it has reminded us that life is short and unpredictable. Unfortunate things happen without warning and loved ones may pass unexpectedly. Take advantage of the time you have together now so that you won't regret putting it off later.
