Fall family portraits in Montreal: there's arguably no better combination! The vibrant colors during this time of year are truly breathtaking, and when it comes to capturing the essence of the season, no location in the city compares to the magnificent Mount Royal Park.

For those unfamiliar with the wonders of Mount Royal Park, it is an enchanting oasis nestled in the heart of Montreal. If you haven't had the opportunity to experience its beauty, it is undoubtedly a must-see attraction that deserves a coveted spot on your itinerary.

FALL FAMILY PORTRAITS

Our photo adventure started off with a walk around Beaver Lake, and eventually moved into more densely wooded areas to explore the trails. While our shoot was scheduled to last for 2 hours, we quickly lost track of time and ended up shooting for almost 3.

Pictures shot outdoors this time of year have a beauty and warmth that can't be found at any other time of year! That's why autumn is the best time of year for your annual professional family portrait session.

Here are a few of our favorite images from the day! We hope you love them as much as we do. For this session, we departed from our regular style a little bit and went with a more organic, earthy, moody vibe for the shooting and post-production.

If you live in the Montreal area, the sweet spot for fall photos tends to be the last two weeks of October. However, if you were thinking of booking a session north of the city, we recommend reserving a date a couple of weeks earlier.
